We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your restored denim; if your repair doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please note that due to the custom nature of our tailoring services, we can only accept returns on original workmanship errors.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your RepairMyDenim account and select the order history tab to flag a specific repair for review.
- 2.Submit Quality Photos
Upload clear, high-resolution images of the repair area along with a brief description of the structural or aesthetic concern.
- 3.Receive Prepaid Label
Once our master tailors approve the claim, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send your denim back to our studio.
- 4.Review and Re-Repair
Our team will prioritize your garment for an immediate correction or issue a full refund if the repair cannot be adjusted to your satisfaction.
